Why is our Associate Communications Specialist the next step for you? The Worldpay Associate Communications Specialist position plays a critical role in building ongoing customer relationships by providing easy to understand and timely messaging to support customers through the migration to and impacts of the New Acquiring Platform. Also looking after the internal communications programme to ensure members of the Corporate Account Management, Sales and Operational teams are well informed on the programme's progress.

How will you contribute on a day-to-day basis? Worldpay Communications Specialists Write, edit, execute and send customer communication documents and programs. You will also maintain dashboards by assigned audience type; email fatigue measurement/management. It will be your responsibility to ensure brand consistency in image and voice in all communication touch points. It is imperative that you can proactively work with cross-functional/cross-organisational teams in order to effectively manage customer communication initiatives and objectives. It is essential to have experience in technical communication.

What will make you the right fit for the team? We are looking for a specialist who can hit the ground running. You will have a genuine passion for writing and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with proven communication planning, execution and measurement. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field is desirable. Excellent research, writing, and editorial skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex or technical information to the public as well as having the ability to quickly understand, distill and respond to their needs is essential for this role, as well as experience with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
