Why is our Business Development - Integrated Payments role the next step for you?
Shoppers now expect consistent service across all a retailers sales channels, and retailers have bought into the benefits of having an omni-channel strategy to improve the shopper experience.

This role is pivotal in Worldpay's ability to deliver these solutions to our customers. You will be at the forefront of this process by managing an existing portfolio of PoS Software providers by training and incentivising them to sell our Worldpay Total proposition. You will also be building new relationships and helping drive our solutions in to new sectors and territories by bring new partners on board. You will meet some of the most important names in the PoS Software market, raising your profile as a payments expert, and setting you up for a career in payments.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Your core focus will be to agree commercial terms with Worldpay Total and eCommerce Partners who then integrate into our solutions such as Worldpay Total and Wordpay Gateway.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective new partners and achieving Monthly/Quarterly targets aligned to our overall Integrated Payments business objectives. Developing monthly strategy and business plans to achieve targets.

You will be responsible for working with the prospective partners to provide best in class expertise and consultancy. You will be expected to negotiate channel partner agreements in line with Worldpay's pricing policy and maintain rolling forecasts.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
Our ideal candidate will be many things, a team-player, self-motivated, a strong relationship builder all that - but perhaps first and foremost we need someone who can learn quickly.

You will need at least three years experience of the payments industry, preferably Integrated Point of Sale solutions, but this is not essential. Experience of working via channel to exceed targets is also preferable.

You will have some complex challenges to understand and overcome so being smart and resilient is going to be vital. You'll be well supported by the team but being able to work off of your own initiative is going to be key to success in this role. You'll also be working with highly demanding teams where results are needed quickly.
