Why is our HR Manager role is the next step for you?
Working in partnership with colleagues in Finance, Business and Legal Services, you will help provide a HR generalist service that delivers and implements commercially-focused HR solutions across the full spectrum of HR activity. You will be committed to driving a value add HR service. Acting as a trusted partner to our managers, you will be the main point of contact for day to day operational people-related and employee relations issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to and delivering strategic projects.
This role will involve occasional travel to our Manchester office.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will provide full generalist support to managers, including constructive challenge, advice and coaching on people issues across the full span of operational HR activity. Attend management meetings to build productive relationships with stakeholders, drive and embed HR initiatives and the HR agenda.
Employee Relations: provide support for all ER issues in your areas including; managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, occupational health referrals, and long term sickness cases. Provide mediation between conflicting parties when appropriate, and challenge where behaviour does not align with Worldpay values. Working closely with managers and colleagues to resolve employment issues and arrive at the desired business outcome/outputs
Employee Engagement: support the communication and ongoing coaching relating to engagement reports, working with the HRBP to implement plans to drive up overall engagement
Assist HR Director and HRBP with key HR and business projects
