You will act as a true partner to senior stakeholders and their teams providing commercially-focused solutions, specialist coaching and expert advice to effectively support the delivery of local business goals.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You act as Business Partner working closely with the wider HR teams to support a client group of circa 550 people. Taking ownership of the end to end delivery of the colleague lifecycle and our employer brand and find ways to improve it locally. Working with Business Managers you will be a dedicated point of contact for people-related issues, processes, programs within the business unit covering all HR issues. You'll deliver analysis and data requirements to help pro-actively identify opportunities to improve performance, identifying resource gaps and address under-utilisation/under-capacity.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
To set you up for success, we would like to see 8 or more years previous HR Generalist experience and a strong understand of local employment law and ER. We are a Global growing business so experience of working in a dynamic, growing and evolving organisation is essential. You'll create and implement local people plans and initiatives, promoting a positive culture to achieve growth, colleague engagement and a great working culture. First class communication skill with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
