Special Projects Manager - Housing
The role will lead and champion the transformation programme across Housing Services, designed to delivery both service improvements to customers and cost savings. The role will promote innovation and service improvement across the Housing Service and ensure it is delivered with pace. The post holder will be held to account for ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality of a diverse range of critical projects. This includes review and restructure of various teams within housing services. The role will be required to operate at a senior officer level, regularly engaging with and providing challenge to corporate and political leadership. The post holder will support the Head of Housing Transformation in making decisions on where and when to resource programmes and projects to best deliver our strategic priorities, and to use appropriate tools to ensure that programmes and project are delivered to a high quality.
