Our client is looking for an Internal Sales & Customer Development
Reporting into the Commercial Manager and being part of an enthusiastic internal sales team.
Needs experience in an office sales environment, handling reactive and proactive tasks via phone, email and in person.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join a company that offers opportunity and training
Key responsibilities
* Dealing with incoming telephone, mail and other sales enquiries
* Adding value to sales enquiries by "selling up"
* Responsible for own sales order processing and back-orders
* Regular contact with existing customers
* Occasionally dealing with visiting customers
* Maintenance of sales database
* Support after-sales issues
* Identify product and sales opportunities
* Deal with new sales enquiries, customers and referrals from suppliers
* Attend meetings as required
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Focussing on individual and company sales targets
* Good communicator and numerate
* Manage own time
* Computer literate in MS Office
* Used a CRM
* Self-motivated and can-do attitude
* Salary 22k plus company bonus as sales targets are surpassed

Mon - Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hr lunch) Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (30 mins lunch
