The Role:

Reporting into the Head of Change, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a pivotal part in formulating, directing and supporting the delivery of business change initiatives undertaken by the business. Working with senior managers, the successful applicant will deploy solutions and improvements to the business in align with their overall strategy.

The successful individual will have responsibility for providing insight and developing strategic and tactical solutions to complex business issues and problems affecting multiple business functions. The post holder will also review 3rd party solution designs, test plans and business processes to ensure consistency with the defined solution and delivery of the identified benefits within the business case. You will be required to take part in and lead testing and may be required to write test scripts.

The post holder will require a company-wide understanding of the impacts from statutory and regulatory requirements on all operational practices across the whole organisation and design systems and processes to drive business growth.
