The successful Food and Beverage Assistant Manager must have a background in fine dining and have at least 2 years management experience.

The minimum requirements for this F&B Assistant Manager's role include:
* At least 2 years assistant management experience
* At least 2 years fine dining experience

* Local to Hook
* Own Transport
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
