Manufacturing Supervisor
Telford
Permanent
GBP26,000pa - GBP28,000pa plus overtime
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
Prince Personnel are working with a prominent international business; our Telford-based client is seeking a professional Manufacturing Supervisor to support the manufacturing team and function. This role will be leading a team of people and will be a hands-on position to lead and motivate the team. The role also involves travelling UK and abroad to deliver projects.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
Manage production projects and tasks
Supervise installations at customers' site
People management
Plan and allocate tasks for production in line with the weekly schedule
Initiate any continuous improvement changes needed to improve efficiency
Responsible for Health and safety
Skills and Experience
Good previous supervisory experience in an automation or manufacturing environment
Previous experience delivering projects
Qualified to HNC in a mechanical / electrical discipline or equivalent
