This additional spend will be used to create posts that will be directly linked to improvements in our services to make sure our customers see and benefit from these changes.
 
We are looking for an Independent Living Neighbourhood Coordinator to join or team in Customer Services reporting into the Independent Living Manager. Some of the duties will include you to;

• take responsibility for a number of Independent Living Schemes and ensuring that the schemes receive an intensive housing management service.
• build positive relationships with residents to ensure their homes and local communities are desirable places to live.    
• ensure that Independent Living schemes within our neighbourhoods are maintained to a high quality standard through regular site inspections and contract monitoring ensuring that prompt action is given to areas of concern    
• lead on community investment and resident involvement work in your schemes and neighbourhood
