Support Workers- Bristol (Asley Down area)

£8.67-£9.50ph

We are looking for motivated, flexible support staff who are able to work a variety of shifts to include weekends and evenings-sleepover duties required.

An ideal candidate will have experience working with people with mental health needs although training and support will be given. We are committed to ongoing training and development for our support staff.

Duties will include supporting people to manage their homes, assistance with personal shopping/budgeting, maintaining their tenancy, accessing the community and all aspects of independent living.

• Social care Diploma 2/3 or equivalent preferred
• Driver preferred or willingness to travel between 2 services
• Ability to work with people with Learning disabilities, Mental health and challenging behaviour.
• Waking nights and sleeps-ins
