Put simply, your focus will be to make sure our distribution centres and head offices are tailored to our people's needs.

This might mean you'll add an extension or extra car parking facilities - yet whatever it is you'll manage our carefully selected partners to see that every project is carried out to our high standards. You'll also oversee corporate-wide projects, such as the introduction of new fridges or freezers, along with Group Acquisitions. It's the kind of role that takes property management to a whole different level.

We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. It means our property teams are always kept on their toes.


Reporting to one of our Property Directors, the successful candidate will help to manage projects, profitability and innovation through effective leadership, analytical skills and passion for project management and M&E.

This role sits within a small team of Property Managers and Assistants who are responsible for corporate projects and technical services across all regions. We are looking for an individual with experience in property and project management, and well as having working knowledge of M&E services.

Role requirements:
• 2:1 degree qualification or equivalent
• Experience of managing a team
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to deliver concise, articulate, executive level written work

The successful candidate will have experience in the following sectors:
• Facilities Management
• Project Management
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
