Description:

This role will assure the quality of
assessment processes and the experience for all learners whilst driving the
improvement of timely progression and achievement in line with the Awarding
Organisation standards and guidelines.


Working closely with pre-recruitment tutors
you will verify their learners' portfolios to ensure quality standards are met
at all times. You will IV a variety of qualifications
including Business Administration, ITQ, Customer Service, Retail, Facilities,
Warehouse & Storage, Employability, Care, Hospitality, Health & Safety
in Construction Environment, CSCS Green Operative Card.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

?? Implement the
Internal Quality Assurance Framework to ensure consistency and compliance to
internal and external policy, procedure, guidelines and requirements.

?? Monitor the quality
and efficiency of assessment practice, progress towards milestones and assessment
decisions through adherence to a robust sampling plan of portfolio sampling,
observations of assessment practice and risk assessment to safeguard the
assessment centre status and maximise learner achievement potential.

?? Provide both verbal
and written feedback to Assessors that is detailed, constructive and
developmental in order to improve understanding, the quality of assessment
practice and the ability for individual Assessors to respond to challenges and
drive progression, achievement and positive outcomes for all.

?? Complete records
fully and ensure the prompt and managed completion of actions to enable timely
submission and processing to maximise timely success.

?? Support and guide
Assessors in line with emergent and identified development needs and
standardisation themes to continuously improve the quality and rigour of
assessment for learners.
