Communications and Marketing Officer - Graduate
myfm ltd are looking for a recent graduate to take on the role of Communications and Marketing Officer at our Cannon Street Office. This new role will become part of our Central Management Services Team and be responsible for running the full cycle of marketing and Communications between myfm and external/internal stakeholders. A single voice for myfm through all different social media channels will be imperative; the creativity behind this comes from the individual.
The successful candidate will also have responsibility for market research and will liaise closely with the Resourcing department in the identification of new clients and business leads with myfm's Sales Navigator software.
What you will be doing
* Develop, support and promote company goals, including message development, social media content creation and media outreach
* Support the myfm Directors in their business development strategies and aid their client engagement process
* Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among stakeholders
* Build and maintain relationships with customer audiences that will help advance our client network
* Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them
* Ensure digital marketing content aligns with our brand's identity and message
* Work closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee and contractor engagement activities
Key skills and experience
* Proven ability in writing professional web and marketing copy, with the ability to produce compelling and optimised copy while maintaining brand messaging, persuasiveness and readability
* Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills
* Creative thinker with campaign knowledge
* Excellent communications skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
* Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly - and distil the most important/relevant information to inform unique and innovative new content and creation ideas
* Blogging experience
* Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels including LinkedIn and Twitter
* Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task
