Marketing Communications Manager

Key Details

You will develop and implement marketing programmes to deliver compelling content and campaigns that bring our brand and product suite to life for our 4 key audiences;

  • our suppliers (engage and diversify)
  • our customers (acquire and retain)
  • our partners (nurture and grow)
  • our people (educate and inspire)

You will use the most efficient blend of marketing communications to support our lead generation strategy; maximise customer retention; support the development of a partner programme; keeping Online Direct top of mind across all of our audiences.

You will plan and map the customer journeys across the differing customer lifecycles, from onboarding, proposition development, driving engagement and maximising retention and loyalty.

You will lead the creation of deliverables and offline experiences e.g. events, collateral, websites, email, social etc.

You will manage the end-to-end process of projects, from data segmentation to content and campaign creation, delivery and performance reporting.

You will work with the data teams to identify insights that allow communications to be tailored to differing stakeholder requirements.

You will continually test and learn to optimise communications tactics and make smart data-driven decisions.

You will act as the centre of best practice for marketing across the whole organisation.

Key Requirements
  • Passionate and energetic, with a can-do attitude.
  • At least 5 years B2B marketing experience.
  • Experienced in launching new products and propositions.
  • Comfortable working with data and delivering against lead generation targets.
  • Confident bridging the needs of strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong campaign knowledge across multiple communications channels including Social, Web, Events, Email, Direct Mail, Content creation, Collateral production etc
  • In depth experience of producing marketing content and translating complex information into compelling content.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, WordPress CMS.
