My client is a leading specialist in commercial property management in the UK. They are experiencing a time of continuous and sustainable growth in the business and for that reason they have a requirement for an experienced, qualified Property Management Senior Surveyor. This is an opportunity to move into a highly regarded business, which holds a sought after position within the industry.
The business has over 600 employees across 10 offices across the UK and Europe. You will be reporting to an Associate within the Property management team, managing a portfolio which spans across London and South East.
You will be responsible for maintaining the client relationship and supervising junior and on-site staff. The property portfolio consists of grade A mixed commercial properties. Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
Acquisitions and disposals preparation and assistance
Client liaison and management, including preparing reports
Tenant management
Rent review and lease renewal - advisory services for value enhancement
Identification of value enhancement opportunities
Service charge and budget management, drafting and reconciliation
L&T
The successful candidate will be at Senior Surveyor status and ready to hit the ground running in this role. You will have at least three years previous experience in a similar Property Manager position. RICS qualification is preferable but not essential.
