We are inviting candidates to apply for a new exciting position at Utilita working as a Digital Marketing Executive based at our Head Office in Eastleigh. Key Accountabilities:

  • Produce and manage the social media content plan, in line with wider marketing strategies, for Utilita's social media accounts, covering a minimum period of 12 months
  • Write, schedule and publish content promoting all business activity across Utilita's social media accounts - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Develop ideas for social media campaigns in line with marketing strategy and brand identity
  • Work with marketing management to run paid promotions across social media channels, including; promoted posts, sales campaigns and adverts
  • Produce reports on campaigns and posts, assessing the impact and success of content and feeding this back into the social media plan
  • Stay on top of current social media trends and tools, feeding this back in to Utilita's social media activity
  • Produce written content for blog/news posts on the company website
  • Provide occasional front-end customer service queries across Utilita's social media accounts
  • Liaise with Utilita's Customer Service Social Media Team to provide support and assist with wider customer service activity
  • Support wider Business/Marketing strategy where required


What We're Looking For
Desirables:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Marketing/Communications or similar
  • 3 years + experience in previous Marketing department
  • 3 years + experience in Social Media role, planning and producing content (could be concurrent with above)
  • 3 years + business experience on all social media channels including; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn (could be concurrent with above)
  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail
  • Strong practical understanding of social media platforms, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Strong practical understanding of latest digital marketing trends and platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
