Recruitment Resourcer - Headingley (20-27hrs a week flexible)
GBP16-GBP22,000 Pro Rata, Dependent on relevant experience
Due to The Care Hub's continued success, we are expanding our team in Headingley and we are now looking for a bright, self-motivated and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.
We are ideally looking for someone who could work either:
4 days a week: Mon-Thu 12:30-18:30pm (Total = 24hrs)
Or
5 days a week: Mon-Thur 13:00-18:30 + Friday 12:00-5pm (Total 27hrs)
There will be a degree of flexibility needed from you because our workloads can change. However, the above options will make up 90% of the standard work pattern
About the role
We focus on helping our clients fill permanent positions. We currently do not offer or support temporary workers. Therefore, as the Recruitment Resourcer you will be supporting our clients and you will be required to:
  • Call applicants and assess their suitability for a career in Care
  • Be the first point of contact for candidates calling in
  • Keeping our ATS system up to date with notes and tasks
  • Liaising with applicants, conducting telephone interviews
  • Booking and coordinating interviews for your clients
  • Advertising and dealing with advert response.
  • Checking and chasing up applicants who have not attended an interview
  • Performing general administrative duties, completing reports, requesting and monitoring documentation and various forms and monitoring.
You will not be chasing timesheets, temps, or sorting out payroll queries. Basically, you don't have to do the stuff that 99% of Recruitment Resourcer's hate! :)
About you
Our preference is that you already have experience of recruiting in the Health and Social Care sector. However, if you have experience of 'volume' recruitment then we'd also like to speak with you.
The type of person that will thrive and enjoy working here is someone who doesn't take themselves seriously, enjoys a bit of banter, and is warm-hearted, caring, and passionate about doing a great job. You must take pride in your work and be detail conscious. It is also very important that you can work with an ATS system and you are PC literate.
This role will require you to be on the phone a lot. You will have targets to meet and our clients expect us to do a quality job and that is what we deliver. So, if you're currently working in a recruitment company and you feel like you're not treated very well or maybe there's no growth and personal development opportunities, then maybe this is the job for you.
