Our client based in Wakefield is a well established property maintenance company. Due to workload they are currently looking for a Property Repairs Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an extremely fast paced and busy role. You will enjoy working in this kind of environment and have a personality that thrives when working to tight deadlines. As it is a small business there will be lots of variety within the role, but the main duties initially would include:

??Dealing with incoming calls from estate agents
??Responding to work orders via the company inbox
??Liaising with contractors in order to schedule the work
??Scheduling work via an online app
??Sourcing subcontractors UK wide
??Getting job costs
??Instructing subcontractors to carry out the work
??Delegation of the workload, up to 400 jobs at any one time, to two other staff members within the team
??Helping out with other areas of the business
??Assisting with the implementation of ISO9001

You will come from a property or facilities background and will ideally have experience of coordinating repairs within a busy environment. You will be confident and ambitious with s desire to progress. For the right applicant there will be opportunities to grow with the business and the role could evolve into a management position. There will also be opportunities to gain qualifications.

Hours 40 per week
