A fantastic opportunity for a Repairs and service manager to join an established team and Work with the Schedulers and Trade Operatives to deliver an effective and timely response, voids, planned and cyclical repairs service, ensuring continuous improvement and value for money.Lead a customer-focused team of trade operatives ensuring delivery of their purpose: "right, safe fix, first time". Ensure the property assets are fit for purpose and fully compliant with all Landlord Health and Safety requirements.

Experience:
- Experience of management and leadership of trade operatives
- Experience of carrying out pre and post inspections of repairs ensuing high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- A sound knowledge of Housing Maintenance and Property Management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation
- Demonstrate excellent people skills in leading, motivating and developing individuals
