Sue Ross Legal are recruiting on behalf of a full service, regional law firm. We are looking for applications from experienced Property Enfranchisement Fee Earners to join the Sheffield based team.

You will be joining a busy and well respected property team and duties will include;

* Handling the acquisition and disposal of freeholds, lease extensions and Right to Manage claims

* Dealing with a caseload of legal issues relating to leasehold properties

* Working closely with the Property Litigation team to resolve issues

* Growing and developing the department and caseload

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience gained within a similar role and have a thorough knowledge of the Enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 within practice. It would be a distinct advantage if you had experience of Enfranchisement Litigation.

As you will be joining a department that prides itself on its reputation, our client is looking for someone who is looking to work to the same standards and uphold the reputation. Therefore you should have excellent client care skills and the ability to deal with clients at all levels.
