On behalf of our prestigious client, a well-renowned accountancy practice in Weybridge, we are seeking a Tax Senior to join the firm's tax team. This dynamic firm has an enviable reputation continues to go from strength to strength and provides a full range of accounting services both in the UK and internationally.
Reporting to a manager / partner, the Tax Senior will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
* Tax computation and preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
* Managing and maintaining client portfolios
* Dealing with the tax affairs of companies and individuals
* Capital gains tax calculations
* Interaction with clients and advisory work
* Assisting more junior team members as needed
* Be involved with the continued growth and development of the tax team
To be considered for this role, applicants will satisfy the following criteria:
* Be ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT qualified, part-qualified or an exceptional QBE
* Have at least two years' experience within a practice environment, preferably within tax
* Be confident and able to work on own initiative as well as within a team
* Have the confidence to assist junior team members
* Work with accuracy within specific time frames to deadlines
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Hold a UK driving licence
