Temporary Legal Secretary Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning firm based in central Bristol who are looking for an experienced legal secretary to support the team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. The office is a fast-based environment that operates with a professional and proactive attitude to work.

Your new role

In this role, you will be required to complete the following tasks:

Document creation
General administration
Providing an excellent standard of client service
Billing
Financial transactions/ posting slips
Technical typing
Call handling, text alerts for meetings
Sending out invites for meetings, setting agendas and taking minutes
Chasing Debtors
Working closely with the office team
What you'll need to succeed

It is essential that you have demonstrable experience as a legal secretary to be considered for this role.
You will need to be professional and possess excellent organisational skills. You should also have a pro-active approach to work and have recent legal secretary experience. You should have strong IT skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and work well as part of a team.
