We have a vacancy for a hands-on Head Chef for our client's premium hotel near Bristol / Bath. The Hotel's Restaurant serves seasonal and local food at the highest standards.

The hotel is just 5 minutes from the M4 Junction 18, 6 miles from Bath and10 miles from Bristol.
Due to limited public transport links in the area you would need your own transport.
Your role as a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager:
* The day-to-day management of the kitchen
* Ensuring food is to an exacting standard
* Motivating yourself and your brigade
* Recruit, train and manage your team
* Menu planning and food development
* BoH financials
* Adhere to company standards and procedures
* Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH laws are observed
The successful Head Chef / Kitchen Manager will have:
* At least 2 years as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
* A background in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
* Banqueting experience
* Creative talent & excellent technical ability
* Ability to work under pressure
* Own transport
