Following a fantastic first year; we are expanding our Central Support Office and are seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter to join the team in our new office in Woking working closely with the Managing Director and Admin team to expand on our temporary staff supply to our clients.

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Combined Support offers locum and permanent job opportunities for Health Care Assistants (HCA), Support Workers, Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), Midwives, Sonographers and Doctors of all levels and specialities in rural and metropolitan areas of the United Kingdom. Our client base mainly consists of Nursing Homes, Residential Care Homes, Private Mental Health Hospitals, Hospitals and Community Support Services, Children's Residential Services and Learning Disability Supported Living Schemes.

About the role

* You'll be based in our office in central (Location) with regular travel to other areas for staff sourcing and managing our current accounts.

* You will be working in a fast pace environment, so being able to juggle a variety of duties at once is essential to your success in the role.

* You'll be resourcing candidates from various job boards, social media and careers fairs and then conducting interviews.

* Contacting potential clients to grow and develop our recruitment sales

* Managing the day to day resource allocation of a team of healthcare professionals to our various clients.

* Working in a target-based role where your skills in selecting the best talent will be essential to meeting your KPI's.

What you will be doing:

* CV Searching - Sourcing for potential candidates.

* Responding to job applications.

* Identifying suitable candidates for the relevant positions.

* Conducting the face to face interviewing candidates.

* Liaising with our admin team to get candidates work ready.

* Overseeing the compliance of all our staff members with our Admin staff

* Leading the shift allocation of a team of healthcare professionals to our various clients.

* Ongoing liaising with Clients to build our core recruitment business opportunities

* Responsible for on-call.

About you

* You'll be a passionate individual who communicates well

* You'll be skilled in shift allocation and managing a team of dispersed staff

* You'll be experienced in working within 360 recruitment and have an in-depth knowledge of the Health and Social Care Sector.

* You'll have the confidence to pass and fail candidates at interview stage.

* Possess strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

* Experience of Account Management in the Healthcare Sector

* Confidence when talking on the phone and when using new technologies

* You will need to be highly organised, quick to learn new processes and able to multi-task due to the varied and fast paced nature of this role.

* You'll be a people person who can forge positive relationships quickly and maintain this over time.
