Our client, a highly regarded name in the Arts world, is seeking a Part Time HR Administrator to join their team.

You will be working 3-4 days per week, and our client is flexible as to which days are worked.

This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of a more permanent role in the long term. You must be immediately available to start.

Duties of the Part Time HR Administrator are:

Production of employee letters
Preparing HR reporting
Maintaining HR records and logging of annual appraisals
Collecting and processing payroll information, acting as a liaison point with the payroll provider, and processing payroll related benefit information
Recruitment coordinator assisting with junior roles, to include setting up and attending interviews, placing advertisements, preparing interview packs, and making offers
Managing the onboarding process
Conducting HR inductions
Booking external training courses
Ad hoc administrative duties such as franking post for the department and completing stationery orders
Part Time HR Administrator - what we're looking for:

Previous HR Administration experience
Payroll experience is essential
An HR qualification would be desirable but is not essential
Excellent communication skills
An appreciation of need for discretion and confidentiality
