We are seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to join our Key Worker Team on a Part Time basis, centred at our residential scheme in Reading which covers 351 units of accommodation.
Our key worker accommodation provides a home to a range of NHS staff, other key workers and students, with customers staying from one night right up to a number of years.
Reporting into the Accommodation Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of our busy housekeeping function, supporting our dedicated team of Housekeepers and ensuring the smooth delivery of our customer services.
To be successful in this role experience in supervising a team within a fast-paced operation is essential, as is the ability to multitask and to be able to communicateeffectively with a range of customers and staff. You'll also need to be flexible, have a drive to deliver and be able to roll up your sleeves and assist our team during our busiest times.

Please note the hours for this role will be 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 2:30pm. There may be some occasional weekend working required.
You will need to have a full driving licence and daily access to a car to fulfil this role.
