Up to GBP35000 base plus Bonus

A leading Healthcare Recruitment agency that specialise in assisting Hospitals/ Care homes with their temporary requirements for Nurses.
They have a big Team based in South London, and 2 other UK offices.
Opportunity:
They require a experienced Compliance Manager or Team Leader that is ready to step up. The role is to drive the team forward and ensure they maximise the availability of Nurses by making them 100% Compliant to Framework standards.
You would conduct the Staff Reviews and set KPI standards. Ideal candidate would have great interpersonal skills, along with a clear vision of how they would gain best results.
While there is an operational side to the role this is still Hands on position so you would also be responsible in assisting the team gain candidates full compliance.
Excellent company and opportunity - they have a settled team but require an experienced Compliance manager to just ensure company standards are always achieved.
