At Depaul UK we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Positive Pathways Coordinator to come and join our Middlesbrough team. You will join us on a part time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of GBP20,859 per annum (GBP6,674.88 pro rata) + pension & other benefits

The Positive Pathways Coordinator role:
You'll work as part of a team delivering essential services which include an assessment, support and move on service to vulnerable clients in supported accommodation.
You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe environment in the supported accommodation building at night, also covering a number of core work activities and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients, volunteers and staff in the service at night.
You'll also have a vital part to play in helping us achieve our mission of offering homeless and disadvantaged people the opportunity to fulfil their potential and move towards a positive and independent future.

What will ideally support your success in the Positive Pathways Coordinator role?
- Having experience of lone working with clients with various high needs
- An understanding of the needs of young people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health and substance misuse
- A knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments and Support Planning
- Able to demonstrate clear understanding of safeguarding requirements and procedures
