UK Destination Services / Relocation Consultant - London

Due to growth, this leading provider of global mobility and relocation services is actively seeking a UK Destination Services Consultant to join their London branch. You'll be responsible for managing a dedicated caseload, ensuring excellent customer service always.
The Role
As the UK Destination Services Consultant you'll be:
Coordinating the full relocation process on behalf of a multinational client, balancing the company's requirements with the assignee's needs;
Acting as the main point of contact for expatriates and their families throughout the relocation process;
Ensuring that all relocations are carried out legally and within company guidelines;
Maintaining the database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date;
Actively promoting and cross-selling the companies services;
Negotiating lease terms and conditions with agents and landlords; obtaining lease consents and copies of relevant safety certificates;
Property/Tenancy Management; including co-ordination of rental payments and deposits, arranging inventories as required; assisting with connection of utilities by liaising with Utility Companies and relocator;
Providing assistance as required with the opening of bank accounts;
Preparing documentation relating to invoicing;
Assisting with departure services; including formal notice to landlord, cancellation of utilities, arranging exit inventory as required, negotiating dilapidation's between tenant and landlord, initiate outbound removals;
Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required;
The Person
To be successful in the role of UK Destination Services Consultant, you'll have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience of working within a relocation or residential lettings organisation is desirable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Strong ability to work with people from a diverse background and origin
Strong planning abilities
Mature, self-sufficient, diplomatic, logical
Positive, self-motivated, resilient, very pro-active
Experienced at problem solving, alleviating concerns and resolving conflict
Second language an advantage
