Principal Consultant
An exciting opportunity to join a boutique consultancy firm, who help their clients to deliver large and complex transformation and change in business and IT.
You will be working as part of a team responsible for end-to-end execution of consulting engagements, from initial discussions through to execution. You will be responsible for complex long-term focused projects involving multiple disciplines and business units, providing high-level specialised technical and business support as well as consultation to our clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
* Lead in translating client business needs into change programmes and projects. Identifies gaps, strategic impacts, financial impacts and the risk profile in the change approach or offering
* Responsible for end to end execution of a consulting domain, from sales, through solution design, to delivery, and practice. At the core of the role is the sub-team/engagement-based leadership, management focused on working with clients' planning to their needs
* Input into the Advisory Thought Leadership programme helping develop timely and interesting "white papers", blogs etc.
* Responsibility for the quality of the Consulting Services as perceived in the market
* Creation and continuous improvement of standard approach and templates for proposals, RFP's responses and other materials for client interactions
* Progression of the Consulting & Advisory pipeline working with sales and leadership
* Responsibility for leading and supporting the new and existing client engagement sales teams in a presales capacity supporting the ability to sell consulting & Advisory engagements
* Innovation skills and vision with the ability to articulate the art of the possible
* Manage client accounts internally, assist with account management reviews, collaborative preparation of account plans
* Manage a portfolio of business development opportunities from initial identification through to full proposal

* Track record in implementing innovation and visionary transformation in businesses
* Deep experience delivering large transformation programmes

This role offers an excellent package and base salary of circa GBP100,000.
