Willmott Dixon has an exciting opportunity for a Cashier to join our group finance team based in Letchworth. Our offices are just a 5 minute walk from Letchworth train station.
In this role you will be working as part of a team of cashiers and key responsibilities will include:
* Achieving accurate entries relating to group bank and cash accounts
* Ensure all bank accounts fully reconciled each month
* Ensure all other appropriate control accounts reconciled each month
* Ensure Sales ledger transactions are dealt with promptly maintaining capital employed control
* Achieve maximum interest receivable and minimise interest payable
* Aspire to the highest standards of accuracy
Essential and desirable criteria
Essential Criteria
* Excellent understanding of Excel.
* Previous experience of processing invoices.
* Good attention to detail.
* Confident telephone manner
* Accuracy
* Good Communicator
* Outstanding customer service skills
* All round team player
Personal Qualities
You will be an all round team member with naturally strong accuracy and attention to detail. You will also have strong communication skills, be a self -starter and be able to work on your own initiative.
