EllisKnight is recruiting for a Location Manager to work for a rapidly growing company based in Cardiff. You will be responsible for managing a number of properties across the UK.
This is an extremely varied and demanding role that will see you take ownership for the lettings, marketing and tenant management relating to all of the properties that you manage.
Whilst experience of working within property lettings, hotel management or student accommodation would be advantageous, it is by no means essential. What is essential is that you have an outgoing personality, you must be comfortable (even thrive) when meeting people you don't know and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure the students receive the best service possible.
To be considered for this role, you must:
Possess flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile (summer being extremely busy months in preparing the properties for the intake of new students + letting season from November onwards)
Be happy with the fact there will be regular travel / staying away from home when required
Have excellent customer service experience and act with professionalism at all times - the Students are not just tenants but customers also, so you should strive to offer the best experience in every one of their properties
Be thorough, have the ability to work on your own initiative and be highly organised
Possess strong computer skills - intermediate excel skills preferable
Have your own transport - require own car (45p per mile for first 10k miles - 25p thereafter)In return, this fantastic opportunity will pay up to GBP27,500 + a GBP7,500 annual bonus. You will also get a laptop, iPhone, iPad and company credit card
