Permanent- Reconciliations Clerk- up to GBP30,000 per annum plus benefits- Ealing

The client

Our client, an well-established entity, is looking for a determined and driven applicant with lots of experience in dealing with complex reconciliations. The role will be key in driving the efficiency of their business.

Desired personal qualities:

- Able to be communicative at a professional level across all parties.
- The ability to deal with a heavy work load whilst under pressure to achieve the set goals before any deadlines.
- Strong sense of organisation and a good understanding of how to prioritise certain tasks when needed.
- Excellent analytical skills.

Key duties:

- Ensure all daily reconciliations are completed
- Review reconciliations with Line Manager each month and explain a plan of action for resolving all variances
- Liaising with Managers on various queries
- Resolving daily queries
- Ensure adherence to company policies and makes recommendations and/or develop changes to office policies and procedures
