This leading Global Packaging Company specialise in the design and manufacture of innovative food packaging solutions. They have a rare opportunity for an Conceptual Copywriter to join them and to work on-site with one of their key retail clients in Leeds.

Job Description:

You'll write creative copy for the client's products and packaging, ensuring the corporate brand guidelines are kept in place, legal and the brand approach is relevant.

You'll create and maintain brand tone of voice across various documents for the many sub-brands. On a project -by-project basis you'll work with suppliers and external design agencies, so excellent communication skills are essential.

What we're looking for:

As Lead Copywriter, you'll be responsible for all things copy-related to the brand and engaging with the key stakeholders. You'll prepare and attend key design meetings, driving the copy team forward and ensuring the right amount of copy appears on each pack.

You'll manage training and development plans and evaluate ongoing performance of team members.

You'll identify and recommend new ways of working which benefit the business, along with an active engagement of always looking for ways to improve the process.

You must have some experience in writing for FMCG brands and packaging. We'd like to see some evidence in your portfolio to demonstrate your experience and you'll be confident in a lead role in a busy and demanding environment.
