Project Accountant Coordinator

Salary: GBP40,000 plus package

They have recently relocated and upgraded to a freehold 4.3 acre yard in West Thurrock, within the Essex area. As well as providing new capacity for temporary storage, it's an ideal location for the City of London, regional construction projects and transport links for nationwide service.

About the Role:

Our client is currently seeking a Project Accountant Coordinator based out of their head office near Grays in Kent

Key duties for the role will be:

* Looking after the full finances of all major projects which includes producing a cashflow for each project at point of order. This could be for 10 plus live projects at one time.

* Application for payments.

* Reviewing subcontractor orders.

* Working closely with procurement and producing monthly reports that link in with the order and cashflow for the individual project.

* Liaising with the accounts department and feeding all results into the Financial Controller.

* Working directly with the Commercial team.

* Any other duties as may be required.

Experience Required:

ACCA qualified or working towards the completion of the qualification,

Excellent teamwork skills

Ability to prioritise tasks, well organised and self-reliant

Strong communication skills

Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met

Excellent excel knowledge
