Position: Interim Housing Options Officer
If you have vast previous experience in Housing Options/Needs, providing advice and solutions for the homeless then here is the job for you.
You will be providing customers with housing advice with a strong focus on homelessness prevention; seeing customers through all stages of the process including personalised housing plans and a decision on their homeless application if prevention or relief has not been possible.
The role is full-time, working 40 hours per week.
Do you have???
Background in homelessness prevention casework
Knowledge and understanding of the Housing Law and Section 184 of the Housing Act
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience of case management systems
