Location: Wantage
Salary: GBP20,000-GBP23,000
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-skilled PAT tester due to continued expansion our very reputable client. You will perform a range of duties including the electrical testing and inspection of portable appliances, additionally you will carry out repairs to appliance as defined, at a variety of client sites around Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. You will need to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to acceptable standards whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
You will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00, times are subject to change as per requirements, therefore will need to be flexible.
The successful candidate will have:
Track record of Portable Appliance Testing
Good basic Maintenance/DIY skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
An ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills
Strong customer/ client focused attitude
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Show a keen eye for attention to detail
Assist colleagues in other trades and locations as and when the need arises
Undertake training as required
Essential requirements:
Must hold City & Guilds 2377 in portable appliance testing
Must have a valid UK driving license
