On behalf of a national, well-known recruitment firm, Three60 are on the lookout for an experienced IT Recruiter/ Resourcer to join an experienced and successful team.
A small yet very experienced team, who are busy with a lot of general IT vacancies, a hands-on resourcer is required to offer additional support for a market in high candidate demand.
The purpose of your role will be to generate talented candidates across the general IT spectrum with some focus on infrastructure:
* Posting adverts targeted toward specific skill sets
* Proactively sourcing IT professionals- Analysts, Project and Programme Managers, Engineers
* Headhunting
* Attending client meetings with consultants to get a better feel for requirements
* Accurately selling in opportunities to candidates
* Building strong relationships in order to accurately represent candidates
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure all ground is covered
You'll join a pretty chilled out team, who support and encourage each other to succeed. They work hard, and focus their efforts on results. No silly hours, no silly KPIs and a generous bonus structure!
I am looking for an IT recruiter with a minimum of 6 months experience either as a busy resourcer or consultant who enjoys the candidate part of their role.
