Facilities / Front of House Assistant / Handyperson - Leeds
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Front of House Facilities Assistant / Handyperson based in Leeds.
Working Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm - Paying GBP9.61 per hour.
Contract Cover role running to 4th September 2019.
Job Specification:
To liaise with Team Leader
Delivering post, portering and client support duties
Follow health and safety guidelines
Desk Assembly
Carry out emergency light tests
Furniture assembly and repairs (desks, chairs etc )
Monitor and adjust when necessary the on site BMS system
Clean, replenish site vending facilities
Replace lights and bulbs
Plan and carry out internal office moves
Open and distribute incoming mail
Sort and frank mail
Organise couriers
Input documents onto archive system and arrange archive collections and deliveries
Carry out meeting room set ups
Ensure copiers and printers are stocked
Enter incoming cheques onto ledger
Carry out banking runs for cheques and cash as and when required
Carry out admin duties as set by Team Leader
Qualifications / Experience:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Numerate
Computer literate
