You will be joining our 'Branch of the Year 2018' winning team in Maidstone and become an integral part of the future success that this driven team strives to achieve.
As Candidate Consultant you will report to our Branch Manager and assist with the sourcing and matching of candidates to vacancies, supporting them through the entire recruitment process whilst building strong relationships and providing an excellent service.
Job Description
Sourcing and meeting candidates through advertising, registrations and networking via job boards and LinkedIn
Matching candidates to vacancies ensuring that you establish an excellent understanding of their requirements and providing them with an unrivalled service
Maintaining regular contact with existing candidates using our intuitive CRM
Scheduling and arranging interviews and offering support and advice to candidates to increase their success rate
Manage the entire candidate process from application to placement The Successful Applicant
Strong customer service background, ideally telephone based
Confident with strong ability to build rapport
You will be ambitious and driven to finding outstanding candidates and matching them to relevant vacancies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to build lasting relationships with your candidates
Proven ability in prioritising workload effectively
Strong academic background
The ability to work within a fast paced and target driven environment
