This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading business with national coverage at an exciting time of expansion.

This is a generalist HR position where you will lead the HR assistants, deal with HR employees relation queries from the wider business, produce contract of employment for new starters and keep all HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation. You will also lead any disciplinary hearings, grievances and appeal, oversea the company's operational certification process, provide management information for all HR statistics that include performance, sickness and staff turnover and support any other HR related projects.

It is essential that you have at least 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role and are CIPD qualified to Level 5. You will also have great people skills and be able to negotiate and influence at all levels, have the ability to make decisions and find solutions using your own initiative and enjoy working as part of a team.
