Head of I.T Contract Needed/Wanted/Craved:

I have a good contract business within Cooper Lomaz Recruitment, it makes up 25% of my business being honest. However good is not enough for me and not enough for Cooper Lomaz Recruitment. For 3 years or more Contract Recruitment across our I.T Division is something I have wanted someone to head up for me, it s been an eternal list of something I want to look for when things quiet down .

What do we want? Someone who will come in, take ownership of the current dual desk approach we have to Contract recruitment and over the course of 12 turn this into a dedicated Contract team. A team that person will head up, a team that person be proud to build a brand for, a team that person will drive, a team that person will grow, a team that person will train in the best practices of Contract recruitment and how to provide market leading service to our loyal clients and candidates.

Cooper Lomaz Recruitment currently has a range of contractors placed across East Anglia in the field of I.T, with Software Development, IT Infrastructure and Project & Change Management professionals all in our portfolio. However we are overflowing with opportunity in this area and we are not maximising this. Why? Because it needs focus, it needs a leader, it needs someone who passionately wants to make I.T Contract at Cooper Lomaz great and won t stop until they achieve this.

Where will this role take you? Get it right and this is a route to a Director role, something which I know is important to many in our industry. I would go further though, get this right and it will be a defining moment for Cooper Lomaz Recruitment and you will be responsible for achieving this. At that point the world is your oyster.
