GBP22,000 - GBP24,000 P/A depending on experience
Our client has a vacancy for an experienced Car Sales Administrator for their Franchised dealership in the Newbury area. If you have excellent organisational skills and are able to prioritise work schedules and meet deadlines, this varied and interesting role may be the next career move you are looking for.
This Car Sales Administrator role will include;
*Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders.
*Provide support to the Sales team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
*Tracking orders.
*Bringing vehicles into stock and checking to customer's specification.
*Ensuring all information is received in time for scheduled delivery of vehicles.
*Invoicing New and Used vehicles.
*Taxing of New and Used vehicles.
*Use industry specific systems such as Kerridge.
