A prestigious and diverse events and property business based in stunning Cheshire surroundings just a short drive from Knutsford and Altrincham are looking to add two experienced Sales and Events Coordinators with a positive, proactive, flexible approach to their fast growing team. You would join this ambitious and driven business in developing new products and customer categories for a large and diverse range of event if indoor and outdoor venues and spaces.

As a successful Sales and Events Coordinator your key responsibilities will include;

Proactively promoting and selling the events and weddings on various showgrounds and dedicated event barn to achieve their huge potential
Managing the whole sales process from enquiry through to delivery of the event
Maximise all revenue opportunities whilst building strong client relationships
Proactively source new business leads from all avenues, previous customers, existing contacts, social media and industry events to name a few
Acting as main point of contact for the events on the day
Manage the onsite delivery of events ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the event

To be successful within this role you will have the following skills and attributes;

Proactivity, you will be the type of person who can see an opportunity, task that needs completing or pre-empt a query or enquiry from a customer
Excellent communication skills you will be able to adapt your communication approach with people in all situations and life and integrate fully into the various teams epically operations, finance and management
Organisation and IT skills, you will have proven experience in managing busy workloads with supplier and customer engagement using CRM software a priority
Tenacity and passion for the business and offer and the ability to profitably meet any customer requirements.
Proven track record or generating leads, not just handling inbound enquiries, and a high conversion and upsell rate
You will be an energetic and tenacious people person who can maintain a calm demeanour in busy and high-pressured times and have a "roll your sleeves up" type attitude to working with your colleagues.

Ideally this is a full-time position, but part time will also be considered, due to the nature of the role you will require a full driving license and your own transport for which weekend working will be required every month.

In return for your hard work you will not only be rewarded with a basic salary of GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 per annum and benefits but also bonus for outperformance and working in stunning locations in a rapidly growing and diverse business with excellent opportunities to progress your career.
