The Salvation Army Housing Association (saha) is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Our aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. We are currently going through a large period of growth and have a vacancy for a Housing Management Officer.

Position: Housing Management Officer
Location: Mulberry House, Guildford
Job type: Full Time, Permanent (Flexible working considered)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (on a rota basis including some evenings, weekends and 2 Sleep-In shifts, job share / part time hours would also be considered).
Salary: GBP16,575 to GBP22,425 per annum (Additional rates for Sleep-Ins).

About the role:

You would be working within a small team to deliver Housing Management to residents at Mulberry House which is a supported housing project for homeless women with varying support needs.

If you are hardworking, task orientated, a quick learner, computer system savvy and are able to take a logical approach to problem solving with a willingness to deal with problems quickly and efficiently, then we would love to hear from you.

A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
