Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a very successful business based in Thaxted. We are looking for a paint sprayer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity and would suit anyone looking to advance their skills and work in a truly unique industry.
You will be working on agricultural vehicle parts. You will be part of a small but experienced team, who want to train the correct candidate on all areas of refrubishment and not just paint spraying.
This role is Monday to Friday:
7.30am to 5:00pm
Salary varies, depending on experience, and you will also recieve full company benefits.
Duties include:
- Preparing the paint area for spraying
- Preparing colours for spraying
- Using Correct Powder Coating Techniques to ensure a high quality finish
- Using the Kiln to esnure the finish is to the required standard
- Learning other areas of the business overtime, including refurbishment, welding and mechanical work
