Our Bradford based client is looking to recruit a Labourer to join their existing engineering team. With over 40 years industry experience our client offers a bespoke design, manufacture & installation service to a variety of industries in the UK & overseas. The main purpose of the role is to support the engineers in the manufacture of bespoke products to client specification.
The Role
* Labouring in the workshop
* Moving goods around site
* Shot blasting
* Using hand tools
* Moving goods using overhead crane
* Cleaning site
* Assisting the engineers
* Delivering & collecting parts locally
The Candidate
* Ideally have worked within an engineering workshop
* Ability to follow instructions
* Competent in the use of hand tools
* Experience of grinding
* Previous shot blasting experience would be advantageous
* Ideally have operated an overhead crane
* Hold a full clean driving licence
Salary & Benefits
* Mon- Fri 8am- 4:30pm
* Temporary position with a view to going permanent after a successful period
* GBP9.00 per hour
* Free parking
* 20 days holiday plus stats
