The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry is proud to work with a well-regarded, Abingdon-based solicitor who is looking to recruit a friendly, confident and organised Legal Secretary with exceptional attention to detail.

As Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to their rapidly-growing Abingdon based office, currently consisting of two solicitors.

As such, you must have impeccable time management and organisation skills. The successful Legal Secretary will hold a strong background in administration, ideally with experience of working within a busy solicitors firm.

Requirements:

* Proven experience of excelling within an admin-focused role

* Excellent customer service skills - able to tackle inefficiencies and explore methods for best practise

* Able to diarise appointments, manage administrative tasks and act as the first point of contact

* Some experience within a legal environment is desirable

* A strong communicator, both written and verbal
