Are you an experienced Volunteer Recruiter Coordinator? Are you looking for a flexible 3 day a week role?

If this is what you are looking for then I have a great opportunity for a Part Time Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing team based in Maidenhead. The role will be to co-ordinate all strands of volunteering activity across the organisation, ensuring volunteers have an excellent experience and all are equally and fairly treated.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection of volunteers
Provides a basic induction pack and ensures relevant equipment provided
Arrange all suitable clearances/vetting and safeguarding training
Provide a quarterly report to the Director General on volunteering
Arrange an annual volunteering award event
Work with the Web team to create an effective volunteer portal
Train project managers and team co-ordinators in managing and supporting volunteersBeneficial Experience:

In-depth knowledge and understanding of the voluntary sector
CIPD or degree desirable
Excellent IT skills, including Word, Social Media, Excel and other databases
Understanding of HRIS softwarePackage:

Up to GBP29k (pro rata)
15 hours over 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
25 days Annual Leave per annum, pro rata
8 paid days per annum, pro rata
